INDIAN POST  OFFICE

    MY OBSVERVATION   In recent time I had occasion to  pin code I went sector 72  Post office  in Gurgaon One speed post for me to come  Even after 6 days it has not reached me On enquiry from sender he wrongly written instead of sector 72 written as sector 92 . The post office located in a dingy house  The people there even in that condition  replied in  the polite way whatever we asked , They told it has been sent to sector 92 and it is lying there after verifying computer record    I went sector 92   there also the area post office situated in sector 94 in a village in very pathetic building I got the speed post  The approach path very pathetic there  Still people working calmly   

WHEN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTING SO MANY HOUSES WHY CONCERNED DEPARTMENT NOT TAKING INITIATIVE

     Today is the last day at BALI   WE HAD   taken complete rest in the hotel . ON 4-1-2025 We departed  from Bali by Air India at 7-30 AM Indo time and reached New Delhi By 3-30 PM IST.  we had snacks and lunch and evening snacks at the flight   7 hours journey   Immigration and customs went on smoothly

                                       MY OBSERVATION

 My observation after visiting BALI  my mind started comparison with that place to Our country 

                     .  INDONESIA

 THEY MASTERED THE ART OF  PRESERVING ANCIENT MANUMENTS at the same time they mastered knack of  minting money .They are earning crores and crores of money from the tourists and tourists are flogging and lively hood of people are prospering

 We are having still beautiful  ancient as well as  historic as well as  godly manuments  here For example KURUCHETRA   THE PLACE  was destroyed beyond recognition  There was a very big BRAHMA KUND JUST LIKE SEA

It was made half by  that place became just like commercial and shabby and it pureness was destroyed and same situation created for KURUCHETRA BATTLE FIELD   and  the pond where in the end of life  DURYODHANA DIPPED BEFORE DEATH WAS VANISHED

ABOUT  MADURA BRINDAVAN THE ENTIRE  ORIGINAL BRINDAVAN 

WHERE SRI KRISHNA ROAMED WITH HIS DISCIPLES WERE REDUCED TO  DUST BIN  Both the places I had visited when it was original  shape . 

But  when I visited Kasi and Ayodhya     it was  pleasing to note       

                                NEW ENGISH YEAR 2025   1-1 2025

  Today the was cloudy and occasionally heavy rain that  also intermittant   , Shankar and maithraye gone to some temple   visit There   are plenty of temples  . In Indonesia all are crorepathis They are taking in millions in rupia the Indonesian currency. Tea and coffee  calculate on indian cost   our one rupee is 200 indonesian currency In hotel they mention only after negleting  1000  , we had relaxed day taking sea bath etc

       2- 1- 2025

Today  for Arun visa purpose my son Shankar and Arun depart  back to  India by 

7 AM   After our breakfast we commenced our further our Bali visit  at 9 AM 

-Our destination was LEMPUYANG temple which it took us nearly  4 hours from our stay from hotel. We reached  at about 12  noon , It was located at small hill  and the road was some section ghat road but well laid one Our Taxi stopped at the parking place ,From there the temple authorities mini bus were flying We travelled in that bus for about 10 KM and as I was in wheel chair after other passengers got down I was taken up to temple gate with my family , We were in the temple for about one hour  The temple they considered as one of the holiest The visitors were allowed only  up to  some places . It consists of one big  open space where 10 nos 0f statues  and oe gig place place for visitors to sit  Up stairs consists of more than 75 steps for up and one  for getting down Above steps  open space for and temple which was not allowed for visitors Main thing is we have wore traditional dhoti of native which is being provided by authorities While return also mini bus came  specially for me who was in wheel chair to pick me and brought down to parking place  We left at 3 PM from there after having lunch and return On te way we visited TIRTHA  GANGA WHICH was a palace at that time now ponds are there and returned     to hotel  by 7,30 PM   

                                         30-12-2024   THIRD DAY AT BALI   contd

     Today the day was hectic  WE started from the hotel after our breakfast  we started exploiting Bali   The first stoppage is  at  BARONG  TANAH A CULTURAL  theater .One dance troupe performed traditional dance The artist were performed well  

We then went UBUD AREA WHERE TRADITIONAL  AREA market area The traffic was much more and very heavy traffic jam we have struggle because streets are maximum  two way  at last we found one Indian hotel where we had  a good meal Afterwards  we had our shopping  on paints. stone sculptures  etc  and went to one place where they called as rice terrace on return we had light tiffin at  Ganesha hotel on the way an we had our dinner at hotel

 31-12-2024

 Today we were in the hotel itself taking rest The atmosphre was rainy  So my son family had roamed here  an there taking short trip  The hotel celebrated new  English year inside the hotel  There were program  for fireworks in the sea beach  but rain was intermittant-  The New English year   2025 started 

             

                     BALI  VISIT   28- 12- 2024  to 4-1-2025

   In the year end I had an opportunity to visit Bali Indonesia along with my family.  This was  7 hours flight journey from New Delhi . Air India flight.  The flight started at 8 PM The weather was heavy rain Even at Gurgaon also at the the time of  journey there heavy downpour and our street was in about 2 feet  of water  and the traffic was moving in snail pace for about 10 KM. We reached  airport  at about 8 PM  Usually it will take 30 minutes . I had  wheel chair . Therefore the entire family can come with me So the other formalities has taken minimum time because  priority basis.  We had some snacks before boarding as Shankar has got Platinum pass ,he and Arun had free dinner at lounge Buffee system .  The flight started at  11.10 PM  late by half an hour. As the it was Air India we were provided with drinks hot and soft as decided by the passenger.  and dinner also and  morning time we were given breakfast also just one hour before arrival at Bali . We reached Bali at 9.20 AM, The difference of time is  2.30 hours + .

   28-12-2024

  At the Air port we@had  Coffee and  reached our hotel  at about 12 noon The holiday resort .This is one of the sea shore resort Most of  hotels are located near sea beach only . We were    alloted  rooms at about 2 PM and we took rest about 3 Hours  as our night sleep was disturbed. We had our lunch at the hotel itself .

 There nearby many indian hotel and we had our indian type of food in dinner  in the night around 9 PM and we had good night sleep .    

 29 -12 -2024  

Second day at Bali. We were having complimentary Break fast in the hotel every morning After breakfast we hired a Taxi for Going to  GARUDA WISHNU  KENCANA   at Bali and reached there at 12 noon

  GARUDA WISHNU  KENCANA    the place where Garuda holding  Lord Wishnu in lap .   First we witness the street dance program  in the open theatre Here the  artist  are doing live program  Indonesian  folk dance drama The time was half an hour at is has been performed in every hour .After wards we went around  that complex  Very big complex  The folk Dance was performed in   Amphi Theater ..

The complex having the      JENDELA BALI RESTAURANT ,   BERADA  RESTAUNT,STREET THEATER,  GARUDA SINELEKA, LOTUS POND FESTIVAL PARK,TITIAN GARUDA ,GVK STATUE  ,AMPHI THEATER,PLAZA KURA-KURA THE TALE OF ETERNITY SPRINGS  KANCANA SOVENIRS

THE DESCRIPTION ONE BY ONE

There is a car parking available  Free bus fecilities by way of  mini bus electric are available to take visitors  up to heritage sites ,but inside you have pay nominal payment to to take round about inside..Inside they hve provided restaurants and street food corners . 

The first to visit is street theater Here Balinese cultrural  troupe performing folk dance drama at every one hour  for about half an hour duration t is entertaining The artist were performance is eye catching one .at Amphi theater

There are 2 Garude  big staues in   side    There is a big groun ihe the middle grass one  people can relax. The main attraction is  a big Staue of Garuda Wishnu   Height  75 Mts  about 246 feet and width is 65 Mts say  213 feet  They say it is world  tallest one statue made of copper .

     GARUDAV WISHNU  STATUE

There is  guided tour inside the statue at every 45 minutes only 8 people at a time  

There are more than 30  floors . As the statue is considered as holi one  the visitors has to cover their feet by plastic which has been provided . only  in 6 floors the visitors are taken not all floors

In floor no 9 the story of Garuda and  snakes birth and their enmity and how Garuda saves his mother from slavery was shown in film then we have taken to different floors and explained to us  the sample of copper plates and it has oxidised to stone colour and explained how floor level construction  etc and enginners. involved. The basic material were lime stone which available in the same site and copper plated. In 23 rd floor daily puja is performed. Visitors not allowed to touch puja materials. Many view points were provided to see out side .

                                                     2024

        WHAT  was the year 2024 This was the question in   22 years before My officer asked me in that year, that is still ringing my ears . What was we started with promise to implement and what we achieved   A great question  and a rewind of thinking.

   The year 2024 began with in my trip to Goa The place where my work was began  in CWC office at New Delhi. I was a design engineer for the  Dam project ANJUNEM .   and SALAULI  DAM PROJECT  was also we were under taken It was a green memory, When my son proposed GOA  trip  I readily agreed to accompany him   We reached Goa on new year day eve We stayed one beach resort. The arabian sea was just 1/2 KM distance , We reached around 2 PM and after our occupation of room we had been to sea front at  5 PM . The Hotel had arranged some outlet there and sitting arrangement   Some us say many tourists had bath or enjoying water  plays  It is wonderful scene of setting of sun We had some snakes and coffee we were all awaiting new English   year 2024   

There were celebration at Goa beach as per English Tradition,  For about 3 nights we were at Goa On the departure day We had green glance of Goa

In this year  I had been to Dubai  For the first time I had been to Arab country What ever I had about in books were not visible   in that Arab country may be time and circumstances forced them to change.  

In this year My House purchased in2006   in Chennai Avadi  under central Govt housing scheme  was sold. Sri Seshagiri my school mate from 1955 died in January  at the age of 77.  My cataract eye operation performed in January,

The major house modification in Gurgaon undertaken . Sundar  purchased new KIA car this year October  I met my second  Grand mother son at Chennai I made some efforts to write my life memories and it had taken some concrete shape

This year I attended the marriage of my First Grand  mother.s  grand daughter .My brother Balu shifted to new rented house ,   In this  new year eve it is proposed to go to Bali Indonesia

  In the year 2004  it had both surprises and setbacks. The setbacks are not disoppointment but lessons Everyday we are learning lessons I had lost one our friends which has gloomed in 2011 in Icon We were having regular get to gather in ICON TOWERs during 2011 to 2021 of our elderly citizens discussing various matters except politics which everybody has own lenience  The tower has which has constructed in a semi circular way ,This was the advantage of mixing together

           SCHOOL FUNCTION

  I had been to my grand son annual school funtcion. The  organised several dance ,songs .intrumental music programme. It is worth to participate in their enthusiasam.We can find several flaws .That is all immeterial because so many of us are shy of performing or even talk in front of audience .The children re bold of performing Wonderful We have to appreciate The sad part is the parents after their wards performance were leaving. The school must have distribute some snacks after the function ,that will have deter the the parents from leaving .although there was food stalls to purchase food items   Wonderful  day out

              BHISHMA NEEDHI           CONTD

 In continuation of Bhishma needhi as advised to Dharma Putra by Bhishma   A king must have very good army and efficient spies He must   select proper persons to lead his army.He can collect 1/6 of people income as tax he advised him regarding dharma  of all persons  and how human beings must lead his life how to protect the country against the enemy internal and external etc

 BHISHMA NEETHI

After Kuruchetra war  Dharama putra assumed the kingdom .He asked Sri Krishna what is Raja neethi .explain to me ,For that Sri Krishna replied I am not the actual person the ideal person is Bhishma who is  lying in arrow bed in the battle field Go to him he told . that night Sri Krishna alone went to Bhisma and told tomorrow Dharma putra will come to you for advice  For that Bhishma told the arrows are hurting me very much I could not concentrate. Sri Krishna blessed him and told from now  onwards  the arrows will not hurt  you  .  Bhisma ,s  sufferings ended although he was in arrow bed 

Next ay Yuthistra came to Bhisma with folded hands and requsted that he may be enlightened the Rajya needhi to him and Bhishma agreed and started to teach him the rajya neethi. The first duty of King is worship God and learned people and next is Truth he must be truthful to all citizen .He should conceal his weakness .and he must be straight forward and he should not be mild in nature and must not be very rude.and he must know the art of chosing his servants. He must guard his subjects just like mother protects her  child .He must deal very stronger .equal and weak foes accordingly. .He must be  pleasent in his speech .

           MAN POWER UTILISATION

  Recently I had been to Bangalore and I availed the wheel chair fecility. Earliar if wheel chair was provided to in convenience flier the person allotted has to be present with the wheel chair till the flier boarding the flight .Now a days the the assistant  will  be with you till secruity is completed and another assistant will take you till boarding gate and from boarding gate to flight another will come and  help the passenger for boarding. In that way they are saving the man power and thus render many passenger who are in need of help .Good move

Mettur Dam

 Recently I had been to Mettur Dam,which at one-time had good approach and walkable on Dam.Now it has got no proper approach and no guidance to reach 

Now the authorities wanted to mimicry to KRS Dam They made one park in downstream and charging entrance fee I t is very normal park  First they improve good atmosphere This is my request 

     2nd DAY AT DUBAI

 The second day started as usual We had no particular program and we want roam around the city to get the pulse of city. Dubai from the beginning a city of gold and Indians used to purchase gold who ever Indian goes .If people who have not that intention were lured to bring gold as courier for some cash benefit. We decided to have look of golden street known as Gold Souk  We took a taxi to reach  that place. It was realy  sparking There are about 300 to 400 shops and to aviod direct sun heat entire street was  covered with roof and more sitting places The present rate was 30000 rupees less than INDIAN rate In one shop the world biggest ring is displayed This was place of big tourist attraction. After spending about 2 hours on tour in this place  we had a good Indian meals and returned to place of stay

3rd day  at Dubai

After breakfast we had a thinking of going to some where and we suddenly thought og going to ABU DHABI  5 countries formed one union of states UAE, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES and one visa is sufficient to go all these places. Out of  5 Abu Dhabi is the biggest  The distance between Dubai and Abu Dhabi is 150 KM and taxis are fly at 120 KM speed.  

We started at 11 AM  and we arrived at about 12 noon at Akshar Dham  SWAMI NARAYAN TEMPLE This temple was inaurated by PM  Narendra Modi in March  Very good friendly atmosphere Initially registration process of people visiting temple required which being done by temple authorities  Hastle free

On entrance the drinking water  freely available This water fecility  available in all places  For handi capped person lift fecility along with wheel chair available and electric vehicles available . The temple construction marvellous and deities are decorated with gold The temple cost was around 700 crores .Canteen fecilities as well as toilets are available.

  Then we went to the biggest Mosque SHEIKH ZAYED GRAND MOSQUE ND WENT AROUN PALACES which taxi driver intimated 26 nos and went to dates market and by 7 PM we returned to Dubai.

 On 4 th day the day of return  ,the flight was night 12AM  we while away time and by evening we left for  Air port There very good arrangement for waiting lounge which well furnished and free of cost   

At first I was reluctant to go and half mind I gone It was  very good experience

 FIRST DAY AT DUBAI

 This was my first outing in the Arab countries region. I had some notion about some restriction in Arab countries might have been occurred in early times ,being  older genertion  that might have been possible happened ,Now being 21 st century the restriction might have been outdated. My first impression was as if I am in part of India  The natural language is Hindi is spoken every where. and dress code is our way of dressing somebody ultra modern.  several countries food stall available mainly Indian hotels.  mainly south Indian one.   We are having our own office branch here nd we took hotel accommadation in city seasons which was near our office and my son always stay here while coming here. After reaching hotel we had our meal in nearby south indian hotel  After having  normal afternoon rest in the evening we went Dubai Mall

 The mall is very big having 3to 4 floors Here in this mall tere is BHUJ KHALIFA T  the tallest building  when onetime they greeted us on one independance day of ours decorated with TRICOLOR There is musical fountain once in every half an hour for a duration of 5 minutes . There is a fecility of wheel chair on free of cost for elder persons 

 DUBAI  AIRPORT

  In recent times  I had been to Dubai on an holiday trips. The journey time from New Delhi to Dubai is 3 hours and the time difference is 1hour 40 minutes back.

Boarded at NewDelhi ai 8 .40 AM and reached Dubai at 10 50 AM Dubai time  .After getting down from flight to collect baggage ,.The Dubai air port is very big and we have travel around 2 to 3 Km So there is metro train fecility Every 5 minutes metro train arrives for arrival and departure passengers By metro reached the arrival lounge and after secrurity and immigration clearence went baggage bay. There is good arrange met the bags which are on the belt has been collected and kept in the adjustant floor so that passengers can find out 

                   Demonstration in flights

 Recently a few days before i had an opportunity to travel in Air India flights from Dubai to NE WDELHI .It is customery to perform secrurity practice   by flight staffs. A new plane aquired by Air India It has many features All seats were provided with TV and wall TVs are provided in different places One has to feel personally instead of describing

 The secrurity demonstration commenced not by physical but on TV BUT BY  Indian dance style in all Indian  method Bharathanatyam, Kutchi pidi, Punjabi etc  etc It was pleasing In TV you can view movies also in other times A GREAT REVILUTIONS STARTED IN MINOR WAY

          INDEPENDANCE  DAY  GREETINGS

My heartiest 78 th INDEPNDANCE GREETING to all of you May this year further prospers  further to the top of world

 Today I had been in the Bangalore Airport. I found some interesting aspect , and it has been  before our eyes but refused to accept . This about wheel chair for the the disabled and older generation . There were sufficient Wheelchairs in the air port But there are waiting list You have wait at least  half an hour to avail wheel chair According to boarding hours it has been  made available They will note our boarding time and the assistance is coming .But very good arrangement that they need not toil in the queue even security.  The our generation is became half disable due to            in  sufficient manual work especially the aged above 60 May be due to mechanical and electrical equipment Better we try to change including myself

I have studied in this school from class 6 to 11 formally called as First form to 6 th form say SSLC.  and I was 1963 batch.Today this school entered in  100 th year ie centenary year This school has groomed me When I completed  5 th class in municipal  school in  11 nd Agraharam in Salem my teachers had recommended GHMHSCHOOL to my father for my further education and my father admitted me in that school after admission test My teachers were very simple and efficient and patient and very strict in our education and make sure we are studying by conducting small test after completion of each lessons thus we were forced to study every day in our lessons without fail. Every day morning prayer will be there We were having full day school.  Very green memory
