Golden Mind

Anasuya was sitting in the balcony and she was pondering her thinkings . Suddenly saranya her 5 year old grand daughter came and she stirred her and asked " grandma, what are you thinking? for that Anasuya replied " The golden days " for that saranya told " Oh " and she fled away to play in her games. Anasuya immersed herself in her thoughts

1. Preamble
Anasuya 's mother is only daughter of her father and she had one brother who married and was living alone after his marriage leaving his parents.Anasuya's mother was also had love marriageagainst her father's wishes and earned his anger. in that anger he left nothing for her in his will although she after her husband's sudden death came back and served in his oldage very sincerely. the reason was her father was paralytic and in his death bed he want to change the willwhich either Anasuya's mother or Anasuya could not understand. Anasuya's grand father was a great landlord having farms and he was running school. In last years of Grandfather Anasuya who was graduate was running the school administration and during this period she can able learn computers and increased her knowledge thro' books and application on her c0mputers suddenly oneday her Granfather breathed his last,and as per his will the Uncle ie Anasuya's mother's brother had all the properties leaving nothing for Anasuya's mother. Suddenly they were on roads. In the heydays when her granfather alive , Anasuya met Ajit ,a upcoming cinema producer when he came to her village in connection with filmshooting . Ajit 's father a good industrialist wants his son to be in his business and due to this difference of opinion made Ajit to left his house in persue of his liking.Ajit has got one dream to make verygood film on his own, but producers reluctant on hearing his story and he was searching .

Anasuya and her mother on being driven out of their village went to Chennai for living. Anasuya was searching jobs , to meet the daily expenditure they sold their ornaments and living in the rented house. Anasuya who has got computer knowledge but without certificates has not been recognised by the employer. Atlast in one company after pleading she was appointed as reception clerk with additional duties of serving snakes etc .This she accepted although she was a graduate. family condition as well as her mother also goes for cooking purposes.oneday she helped one ,who was struggling to solve a important work in the computer which is very important to company. While she was solving the problem in the computer the head who by chance in next cabin saw all her talents and her worthiness and she was made computer operator grade. this has solved their sufferings
Ajit in the meanwhile got a break and produced his dreamfilm succeessfully and his talents also recognised He offered his hand to Anasuya and with the blessings of both parents marriage was performed.

Marriage Life

Anasuya's husband is a big Bunglow, Her inlaws and Ajit being the only son ,In that house only 4 people are living. As ajit involved fully on film industry most of the only 3 people were living in that big bunglow. Anasuya work to look after home and supervise the works of house assistants.

she taken and gave much attention to her in laws. The in laws were very affectionate as they were not having the daughter and they treated Anasuya as their daughter and they gave full freedom to her. As by nature Anasuya is affectionate the affection on her by her inlaws increased.

Now mother in law started complainning that she is becoming lazy lady.With her mother in law Anasuya spending her time in going to market, temples and other activities.

5 years passed. Anasuya blessed with 2sons. Now the inlaws became busy. In the mean time with the help of Mother in law Anasuya got acquitaintance of Company's executive level family and one ladies club was started functioning. The ladies club not for beauty club , but decided to help the company staffs and workers

Ladies Club

The ladies club ,when this thinking was mooted most of the feeling it is for eating and fashion parades etc as it was started by a industrialist family. Anasuya never bothered. Her father in law was of the feeling "OK she is getting boring in the house let her have some outting". The ladies club started functionning. In the meeting Anasuya outlined club activities. Many had reservations and opinioned these are paper working. First thing a creche was proposed for company staffs. For this with the help of domestic servants, Anasuya found out the children upto age 5 was listed, and with their family background. Near about 2o children were listed. She found out on the basis of enqiry 2-3 ladies were capable and persued for creche duty. She called them and as result of the meetings they agreed perform the creche duty with proper enumeration. Now she had a meeting with the parents of the children for enrollment to creche.her father in law agreed to bear the expenditure of creche from company expences.

The creche has started. In the beginning Anasuya spent fewhours inthe creche and indulge the children in play as well a s some fun teaching .In due course volunters started coming for teaching as well as for cleaning ,doing misc.works. Company doc does periodical checking.The cleaniness of self and surroundings were insisted and the benefit of these were taught to the children. Sometimes the ladies club members visited the workers dwellings to find out the nature of place. It foundout the lack of toilets and drainage system. Anasuya with her fund constructed sufficient toilets ,bathrooms and proper drainage . The money was not a problem as Ajit is also earning money thro' his films and the profit from is swelling.

The result was when their wards were taken care the workers got inspiration and gratitude which result extra production and profit swelling

In the house although the the domestic helps were sincere they were directionless and hence it was just routine for them. Anasuya with her directions made house keeping lovely and in laws happiness,their affection to Anasuya has increased.

Anasuya had in consultation of her father in law made arrangement with nearby school for education of company staffs and worker's children and company ready to bear the cost of education and uniforms. A school bus was arranged. Oneday she suggested to her father in law that to arrange one get to gether of executives of company along with their family. He had some reservations but agreed finally. One evening all executives of the company along with their family were invited for a get togethar dinner. In the dinner only talks other than company was done.Likewise she persuaded her father in law to conduct one more gettogether for the staffs as well as workers.This had the effect that the company production raises beyond expectation. I the mean time , in consultation with father in law,who accepted her feeling being the only child of her mother and she was alone in her old age, Anasuya conferred her mother who reluctantly her proposal . Anasuya opened one hotel and it was located with in the town limit somewhat away from in law's house,so that it will be easy for both of them to communicate. Being the very good cook Anasuya's mother guided in preparation of foods. The hotel which started modestly pickedup and became very good one.

Transfer

on one night Anasuya after dinner completed ,finishing the that day work lying on her bed studying something before sleep.The time was about 11PM and she noticed the light was still on at father in law's room which is very unnatural. She got up and went to his room. He was in the computer and his face look worried. On enquiry he informed there is some problem which he could not find solution. Anasuya asked him to hand over the computer and told him to go and take rest.On anasuya's word He with hesitation handed over the computer,as he had no alternative and he was struggling for the solution of the problem for since morning,and mentally also tired required rest.

Anasuya studied the problem from the begginning and she followed what her father in law done. She understood what was required and pondered over the subject and studied the files throughly her f'in'law had brought along this work. After struggling about 3-4 hours she found out the solution and completed the computer work and gone to sleep.

The next day her father in law woke up and with disturbed mind opened the computer to proceed further. To his astonishment he found a solution already been arrived and the results were more than he expected. He felt heaven,till date he was at sea about the future of company as his son has got no intrest in business. Now he found one more solution solved

Hello Boss

After breakfast He asked Anasuya to get ready to go with him to company. After reaching the company, he called all the executives and important staffs for a meeting and announced Anasuya will take over from him from that day onwards. Anasuya not expected ,she told the burden just like putting a big stone on a sparrow,and requested her father in law to think over. He told that his took decision considering all aspects,so it it is final. She requested her fathe in law to guideherfor some more days and he agreed.

Part II

Saranya in the beginning with the guidance of her fathe in law learned the finer points of the business and the history of company and the profiles of executives and some important staffs. The executives in the beginning had some reservations of her. One day in the first fortnight of her new assignment she called all the executives and had a frank discussion about the company ,its advantageous and short comings in the field and their suggestions to improve. Then

with the consultations of her father in law distributed the work burden and with the consultations with the heads of the heads set the target.

She consulted the finance head for the financial aspect . Consulting the relevant companies, she provided solar energy for continuous eletricity supply for production . In the same order she provided solar energy for worker's colony as well staff colony. thus although the initial cost was more in the coming months she can able to save substancial amount in electricitybills

.She made entire company complex air conditioned because cheap electricity available by solar energy.

The hotel

Ajit in the meantime after his 3 or 4 successful movies wexed inpresent trend and found out he is not suitable at this time and as he was satisfied with his films ,he wanted to be with his family. Anasuya felt this has god sent . She requested Ajit to help her mother in her hotel industry as she had an idea to expand in agreater way. In consultation and the assessing the possiblity ,they had come to the conclusion to open a fast food outlet at Singapore and branch at Chennai. First at Chennai then afterwards Singapore.

The time difference from Chennai -- Singapore is 2hrs 30 mts. The flight to Singapore starts at 12.30 AM and reaches 6.30 AM ( Singapore time) at singapore. By special arrangement with the Airport and Concerned Airlines authority The tiffin items were prepared at chennai at middle of night and transported to Singapore by flight and it will be delivered in priority basis at singapore so as to enable to supply to custommers. The packing will be in such a manner to keep the food articles fresh. The labour charges and material cost are much cheaper at it ran with high profit

In the company also Anasuya made so many modernisation in the factory and workers were trained to tackle the machines. as from the factory the labours also well rewarded

. She constructed houses for all the people connected with company with the rain harvesting fecility and solar energy. Park with walking fecility for walkers provided.Good roads are constructed and for moving around the colony a electronic vehicle was provided for age old peoples. A good market for all vegetables ,non veg , croceries shop was constructed with a/c fecility. outsiders also allowed to purchase inthat market as the materials were procured from manufactures the prices are much cheaper. and agricultural producers are persuaded to sell their goods directly and place had been allotted for them.

Adoption

Anasuya with her effort with the government succeeded in getting the village surrounding the company for lease of 300 years . the village had a area of 600 sq.km ,it had one school run by local govt. The village had a population of about 2000 people and main is agricultural. It had one small hospital ,temple . The annual grant for the village 3 lakhs . with this amount it has to make payment to staffs and other misc works .Every day one bus is scheduled but its appearence rare .When emergency people has to depend on other mode of vehicle. The Company is located some 5 KM from the village. Some people are employee of the company.

The Change

The first thing in the village is to improve roads. With the help of modern machinaries the entire roads have been widened and resurfaced within a week.( in developed countries this is fact) . On the both sides of roads trees have been planted. Next with the help of experts the Solar energy have been discussed.They want some modification and improvement of houses.First the old

houses were demolished and new houses were constructed in auniform way. The outer was all houses were repainted. Where ever possible at present the solar energy system were installed not separately but to group of a houses.

Anasuya had a good idea which she felt can be implemented. In Isreal country the solve water problem Sea water has been purified and used for agriculture as well misc purposes.So she reguested the concerned auyhorities to come for discussion and their way of implementation.

The school

The Govt school located in the village had a very big ground and the building was constructed in the middle of ground. first after constructing temp sheds for the school ,the old building was demolished.New buildings near end of compound was constructed . The new building was designed in such a way it can accommadate classes upto School final level. It had a storyed building so that min ground place is occupied. This with lift fecility and A/C provision and with labs.and auditorium .The front ground portion developed for play area,for the present.School started functioning in new building.

Water supply

Anasuya after consulting experts she felt the scheme water desalinisation possible. She initiated process to get necessary permission and she obtained the same. The level difference from sea level to that place was 400feet and the distance is about 250KM. . The Isreli and as well as Indian engineers were assigned task of bringing ae salinated sea water to this place ,Nearabout 2 pumping station was constructed. To store the water at the village 500m X 1ooom X 10m artificial tank was constructed at the outskirt of the village. In the beginning the taxes were collected as per old system and this work assigned to existing Panchayat board. One big bank was ready to give money for this project on long term loan basis with min intrest.and 50% of company profit amount was earmarked for this.Desalination work was done near sea bed and the quality was tested by govt appointed experts at every point,at perioically.from the water storage point separate pipeline was provided to each house and intimated them that use for this water what to do and what not.The desalinated water storage capacity is much more and nearby villagers and industrial establishment wants it has been supplied by levying the exact cost incurred. In that way neighbouring areas also started emulating this village and in that way the cost of desalination project was gaining popularity and project people recovering cost slowly. In the village level cleaniness is strictly adopted and suffient dust bin were provided and it was cleaned periodically and it has been either burnt ,recycled immediately. As the village became popular the buses started coming and a modern busstand was constructed.As water availablity are more more trees were planted , and the all the cultivators were persuaded to unite and common plouging and cultivation were mooted. At a time cash crops, grains ,flowers etc were planted in cooperative way and the result money received from the crops increased many fold and they can started saving for the future etc

The School

In the beginning the school going children were very minimum, gradually the the village people persuaded to sent their children,as the transport fecility is increased the neighbouring area peope children started attending the school. Anasuya made some alteration in the education teaching method. Each class room fitted with large screen. It has been electronically connected both way to teacher's room. Each student desk is fitted with mike. Classes of same standard is clubbed together in a room .Now teacher from her room starts her lesson and students were looking in the screen and noting, when doubt comes the student from the mike ask for clarification and teacher will clarify. in the last 15mts the teacher will ask the students individually so as to ensure their understanding .Visuals also improving the knowledge of students. The result was very good. physical exercise,games are also compulsory and students were given one period for doing homework. The students were helped in case of difficulty by the teachers.The school gets famous .It has started by passing famous schools and became UNO. Now the process of admission also simplified. The students and parents were asked to sit in a room who want admission .They have to fill the form in a computer,the computer form is in such way that it will focus on the student's capacity. The fee had been fixed as 10% of the annual salary of the family and parents has to give correct figure ,if it was fabricated the application of student will be rejected . While during the forms necessary instruction and warnings will be given. after filling the forms they were as ked wait for 15-20 mts. in that time the school authorities verified the contents of application with the last school if any, employers of the parents etc . If student below average he will be offered one class lower, otherwise he will be selected and he will be asked to attend classes. During waiting period the peoples c0ffee,tea,cooldrinks etc can have depending upon their choice that are available freely kept on the machine.

In the school also the students,teachers use machines were provided for free hot/cold drinks and there is no restriction. In due course the schoo developed to high school final level and the students came out with flying colours and where ever they applied they are the toppers. After finishing of their studies they were well employed and in gratitude they were contributing to school by way donation and money availble to school became surplus. Nearby school when they ask for some assistance this school gives by way of material like computers, lab materials etc . Nearby school also started benefitting and quality education started importing on students.

The village temple also renovated and regular pujas performed and feeding of food to devottees who are coming is also available.

Now Anasuya formed one executive body to run the company. the executive has got 3 years term Every y ear 1/3 members will be selected with in the company staffs and worker and it was assured proper reprentation from each catagory of staffs. The chairman will from her family,the decision of committee will be implemented with the consultation of chairman who will be assisted by experts.

Anasuya 's one son was made chairman, another son as he was intrested gone hotel industry. Anasuya and Ajit retired and now looking after their grand children
