The IInd Innings

The IInd innings has started in the Native country. Why This Phase? The life during the earning period ie service life usually the hectic period and the period in the retirement life starts afresh with the man made frustration and unnecessary feeling of letdown by the others. Generally people feels while earning he feels as if contributing great to society which is false notion .actually he run takes shelter under the umbrella of service to avoid something. When he retires that false umbrella was snatched from him and he runs for cover for alternative employment and faces humiliation from regular employees and he swallows because he want umbrella to cover him and he consoles himself saying that it is normal everywhere. Why this humilitatation . He must face the the reality and if he understand the world is beauty. There so many things which in his young age dreamt. The time has come for fulfilling the dreams or at least to start. Service is not the only thing in the world, it is required for fulfilling the social responsibility just like marriage and it's obligations.
Now time for repaying the society has come. How? let us discuss.
There many ways one can repay the society not the money alone. Physical as well as mental also possible. One can impart his wrongs and his consequence he faced and his experience etc. Now a days if any body about olden days people will avoid one.think about one can find out the solution.
My retirement starts with a bang. In Hindu tradition if one completes 60 years " Sastiaptha poorthy Function " will be done as this will be new life entirely different from years passed. This also denotes the renewal of marriage life and we offer our prayer to God for his affection showered for the past years and its continuance.
Immediately within 2 days I went to Malaysia to be with my son and Grand son. Before I boarded the plane to Malaysia I faced problem of ECR ,which was solved within two days. When I landed KualaLumpur International Air Port,It was Thrilling. I faced Surprise Immigration& Customs Official who were always helpful and Soft spoken people. The Distance between Airport to City is about 80 KM . The roads are well maintained Within An hour I reached House. The difference of Time is 2hrs and 30Mts . I boarded Chennai by 11 Pm and reached KL by 4.30 AM.
As in first day at Malaysia I slept during the day,because of lose of sleep during night due to time . As in Malaysia ,due to cosmopolitan culture the normal feeling of strange country not aroused. The trade was dominated by Tamils and Chinese. the Tamils dominates in shops of grocery nature and restaurants where as the Chinese in electrical and mechanical fields. The transport ie taxis are dominated by the both.
In the year one I had an opportunity to visit the Malaysia several places to feel the the inner mind of the nation.Malaysian has nature mild and friendly. the nature of heavy rain has made to plant palm trees so it requires less outing and rain and less outing. As per country law one has to have Malaysian as partner to start a company and thus making Malaysian as showpiece partner foreigner starting the company thus with doing any manual work he gets money. of course now rule has been amended to some extent.
The Chinese influence is increasing .During the period had opportunity to visit Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore countries. The passport prepared during 2001 and up to retirement 2006 end the no entries were made. I thought the passport will be one of status symbol and just like proverb says " dog gone to market " But 2007 changed all and in matter of 3 years the passport pages have been filled with entries. My IInd innings are going well and with the blessing of Gods it is passing well .

Singapore

Last week on11th June weekend ,We means the entire family had a outing in Singapore. We started by our car from Kualalumpur by 6PM . There was heavy traffic Jam ,to cross 14Km we took about an hour. It is due to the factor of Friday and it feeds the Air port traffic. Then afterwards the traffic was eased. We had a break for relax ,dinner etc and when we approached the Malaysian check post the time was around 11 Pm . after the formalities at this check post we proceeded to Singapore checkpoint which is located around 5 KM distance. In between we have to cross the the sea and a Bridge has been built over the sea. After the Singapore Check post formalities we proceeded to hotel and reached the hotel around midnight and occupied the rooms


DAY 1

We stayed in IBIS hotel as the land is valuable in the island the hotel room size is 9*12 feet size and in this area two cots, bath& toilet table TV etc placed. It is located in the middle of town, As we reached very late we can able woke up late and our programme this time is partially social one and less sight seeing as we already covered most of the areas . After visiting some relatives we went to Recently opened " Universal Studios " .We have been told that no entry tickets are available as it has been sold out, but on approaching some other counter as if they giving concession they offered tickets for time after 7 PM and we purchased as if we are in great show. The time was 1PM. we went around thro the monorail which connects all the 4 entrances. We went 4D show . It is as if we purchase the ticket to get our selves frightened and get medically admitted instead of getting funny and enjoyable. The Disney world in Hongkong is much enjoyable with the ticket purchased for entry. In the Disney world all shows,plays are free along with the entry ticket, whereas here in Singapore he is looting so as to say decoiting us with entry fee for each show with entry fee running about 600 Rs (Indian Currency) and cheating. Most of the places under construction but ad shows as if open. When I saw the main entrance which we have been denied in the morning is nothing but a street in New york Empire building locates and it seems the organisers are making artificial houseful condition to make people enthusiastic. I actually feel cheated . This Universal studio not fully opened, to beat the other world of entertainment is also under construction and it will opened shortly .For competition purpose the half baked one opened and the public are being looted with the help of tourist organisers.

The Second passed on with some social visit and we returned back

Minnakkal Koil

The Minnakkal koil known as Peria Marriamman Koil which was under dispute for decades has been solved and renovation work started. My humble Request to all Telugu Family to come forward in this rare occasion . Separate intimations will follow. In the meantime those who are come across this intimation please send your address/Email ID to me in this column via comment. As on date 9th feb 15  the temple which is under reconstruction the foundation around temple has been laid Due to lack of money the construction is slow.The reason is the plan to reconstruct the temple is eloborate. with not proper planning the constuction was started. Being one man show it is difficult to intervene. Let our people go and see the temple .

Superman in trouble

The children as well as elders favourite in trouble . The news started leaking some were say most were of opinion it is spread of rumour and they thought and believed that this one of the adventure he has to enact and when trouble comes then only the Superman emerges from the hiding. But most the people do not know this actual trouble he only facing. The murmuring erupted when Superman saved the life of many children when train was about to go through the broken bridge.
They were few people who wanted or planned to exploit the accident and in way to make enormous money by way of repairing bridges ,removing the train bogie's etc and hurling abuses to govt and replacing it by themselves etc and etc. All have been spoiled by the good deed of Superman. As Superman is the spoiler they wanted to curb him in a possible way to avoid such a opportunity in future. They engaged some experts in law to study the country law. As we know fully each law has got some big loop to avoid . In this way the crooked fellows escapes and good man suffers.

They were discussing many possible way . One of them was Visa, travel documents, They want to know from the Govt how Superman enters this country and what way his space travel is monitored. By his travel in the air affected the movement of other space movement like aeroplane ,helicopters etc .The first solvo was fired. The Govt was in fix. Initially it was of the opinion that this is a joke. It was ignored . But in the parliament when it was raised it understood the inner meaning by the it was raised . The govt replied that the Superman was doing the good thing that even for the authorities also it will be the uphill task. But still the opponent were against.

In the meantime the children of the started voicing against the opponents for their work against the Superman. The daily condemnation the deeds of opponents became heavy. The opponents of Superman was not de terred. By hook and crook they wanted achieve the objects.

The experts of trouble shooters were called to find a solution. The quarry to them was

Visa, Air transport security, any dislocation occurred etc

After analysing all this this thinks and in broad consultation of the various peoples etc they submitted the result to Govt.

Superman is the assumed name fondly given to him by the children of the world, and his identity is secret to avoid the repercussion and further for any exploitation by the power hungered people. Only Superman knows his identity, hence providing visa formality is not possible.

The superman lies above 30000 feet which is above aircraft and hence question of air disturbance does not arise.

The Superman does the work of safety and providing security against bad elements and he is super security man

Above all he is loving human kind and all and the children of the world adore him . Considering all the aspects the experts committee has advised the govt that No Visa , immigration, customs ,Security scanning for the Superman is not necessary and same may in the case Spiderman, Batman may implemented

The Govt accepted the proposal in full.

2805 Reality

The year was 2805 . The world is very fast. 1oo story ed buildings touching the sky. One can touch the clouds moving over here and there. To see the plants and trees one has to undergo weekly holidays and separate farm houses organise the visitors to see trees and plants.
Anantha Krishnan sitting from window side and looking down streets below by a telescope. The vehicles are moving in a snail speed. Often he noticed a air taxi moving above the building to carry the people to work spot as by going road to work place from place residence will take hell of time and the govt also introduces air bus terminal wise to carry the public. As the petrol supply became very negligent the scientists already evolved sea water fuel and it is in practical use for past 50 years.
The rain water is in scarcity and govt is in process of getting water and food .
In the beginning of 21st century as India send its chandrayan to Moon and only few countries were able to succeed the world moon authorities allotted land equal to country 's area in the moon and it became called monoindia and indian govt established Govt there with a administer head called Pres mon.
In the city for lively hood the cities became overpopulated and lack of space for the smooth movement of transport. The govt wants to regulate every thing .The atmosphere became hotter and people gone for artificial cooling . The Govt made the city area restricted and beginning to make 1 KM wide forest area around the city.For that the 1km wide patch around the city was cleared of all houses etc and a forest area was developed In between forests a wide water lake was dug to store rain water etc .At any cost no dwelling was allowed. The lake area developed as a park area and a strict vigilance as well a severe punishment on the spot deterred people to maintain cleanliness of the area. eatables allowed in a separate enclosure so cleaning was made easy.A method was adopted so as to collect rain water and fed in the lakes. un clean waters were purified as used in the unproductive uses.
As desalination of sea water is in process for the past 3 centuries water problem is not there,and to develop cool atmosphere the lakes have been created and to get enhanced monsoon showers which still considered as valuable treasure. Still the the problems of over population existed.

Govt has to find out other possibilities for the happy environment for the people. The other alternative place for living. there are Elders,Youngsters and the children. They could not go outside except for work,schooling etc. The materials for house hold can get from online shopping. For morning walkers they have book timings in day advance The walking time is programmed. At a fixed time the walkers asked to assemble in a particular place and they will be transferred to morning walk area by carriers. and they will be placed a short medical test and according to physical condition they will be placed in a belt and by help of machine body,leg ,hand shaking and body message will be administered on them for 15 mts and they will be released and their exercise will be completed and they will be transferred back.They will not be entertained for another 15 days for exercise. The era of casual walking is over.hence people resorted other type of exercise like Pranayamam and other body exercises.

The children Education is on lined. When the children completes 4th year he will be automatically enrolled as student of the school nearby. The school curriculum is same for all over the country. Separate screen for the children education has to be provided by the parents as per norm indicated by the school.At the particular time the children with the help of guide provided by parents will assist the children . Once awhile the get together of children will be there.

As the play ground became scarce the children has to content with the facility available with the condominium. For big play like football etc They have enroll in clubs . The children became self oriented and lonesome.This becoming a threat to growing children as they have clued to TV for all the time including school studies. They are seeing games in the TV only and not playing.So the govt has decided to establish the nation in the moon and the task has given to eminent scientists

Monoindia

The scientists of India has vigorously started evolving the process of settling some % of indian in the moon. The ability to survive and lead the normal life has already been established some century before and Govt was lacking in per sue further as because if people has shifted means their vote bank reduces .Politics playing even in this century also. Now as the problem exceeded the limit the govt has forced in this juncture.

The matter has been assigned to space engineers and they started evaluating the plan . For the settlement of the citizen so much advance works has to carried out. The preliminary requirement , houses, play areas, place of worship, division of places for dwelling ,entertainments,lazy mind is satan's workshop,hence work assignment etc,etc.Groups were divided and assignments were entrusted to them. The work of group is to select people to do the works assigned to them.It was decided by the group the first task is to select the real experts to assess the work and for planning

At the beginning The panel selected the actual engineers not paper executives and also actual true workers in all the fields. Near about 30 persons each from different fields have been screened after careful study. In one particular day they been taken to moon . The journey to moon these days are one day affair . In the moon each party has been assigned and explained the things required . The team then made a detailed study and assess the requirement and availability of materials and the quality of materials and the plan for execution and man power required etc .They have taken near about month time for assessment.now they started planning and the way for implementation. The next task is to collection on human power. they engaged all the available govt and other private sources and collect the human power from all the sources.and they will not be any excuses from anybody.

The Task

on a particular day the groups were gathered in a place and the the work was explained to them .They analysed the work and and the way for implementation. In the mean while another group of agriculturists went to moon and they experimented for the food production and they find out the yield is very quick say within a week's time the grains,fruits etc blooming such was a fertility and the environment condition .At last the entire group was trained and on a particular day the groups were assembled and were sent to moon

The assignment

Initially temp sheds erected at the moon sites. It has been found out that for constructing the walls etc no binding materials are required as because the stones had own binding quality,simply one has to keep the stones in position and give some pressure so as to make binding. For removal you have use some tools. After placing the stones with the help of one planer one has to smooth en the surface for smooth appearance. The same material is used for roofing with proper cover.With slight modification the the doors and windows have been fixed. The house constructions were going smoothly . for electricity the engineers successfully utilised the solar energy and with their inventions the power supply started.The Agricultural activity ensured the food supply. In a span of six months a small town was setup.

The next step to migrate the people population .Initially it has been decided that one entire village has to be shifted to avoid confusion among the residents,and to generate the same atmosphere. A village has been selected and they have been informed about their migration. Although there was opposition by order they have been informed about the decision. One fine morning the entire village transferred to moon

The life pattern

After migration of people there ,they been assigned the works of house building ,roads, etc to make another village providing enough space for play ground, parks, agricultural activities etc.they have been taught agricultural activities for their foods. the water was plenty and pure. In the mean time the geologists have found out precious metals in plenty quantity that was scattered all around , The collection work of the metal initiated so as to run the Govt finances

The population started increasing Initially Govt supplied food etc, then afterwards when people began working and started getting salary kind of money, so the people asked to buy materials and they have been encouraged to develop kitchen garden . A common place has been provided so as enable do religious prayer . The punishment is very severe who has defaming others, doing harm etc etc and they will be eliminated by the hour as each persons movements are under scan, and therefore there is very peaceful atmosphere. The people has to do exercise just like walking, running, yoga etc as per their wish and it is compulsory for one hour in the morning Proper play ground has been provided and children were taught play all types of outdoor games. The school education was made easy and productive.

When the moon living become enjoyable people began to adopt. Next thing Land govt began to send Trouble creators of land to moon on some pretext .When they at moon started creating trouble as per their quality they have been eliminated. In this way land trouble creators either eliminated or transformed . The land people as the population decreased to considerable level the space availability increased.

As by experiment the water seeds were planted on the clouds so as to bring normal rain during the season and hence the land become fertile .Food agricultural activities increased many fold. The population has equally spread in all places and the result the multi storied buildings are razed down

All are happy.

The Government Formation

The moon Govt is formed In the beginning the adhoc govt formed with the consultation of land govt for period of six months. The new govt formation is formulated in this way. The period of persons occupying the rein is limited to only two years term of two times .The gap of first and second term is 4 years . The people has been asked to select their representative .The area consists of 100 families can depute one person That person will be their representative for two years. like vise the parliament was formed .From parliament ministers have been selected .

Any body in the country give proposal to parliament. The feasibility etc will be anaylyed through computers and pros and cons analysed by computers will have detailed discussion and agrees will be implemented . In the beginning the true experts were sent to moon from earth for some period . But many of them refused go back to land after finding the sweet atmosphere in the moon. The Invisible Hand ( The saints are noticing - ---)

The Invisible Hand

It was early morning .The singing of mild birds awaken the world for their enjoyable day. The house holds are woken up and clean their front area of their houses and decorates with the Rangoli and welcoming the waiting gods to their houses with devotional ,musical songs and started their daily cores of making hot drinks like coffee,tea etc for the family.

" Siddhaiah " this was the sound heard from the mother and Siddhaih who was sleeping in one corner of hall cum bed cum study cum dinning hall woke up and went for brushing the teeth by the home made tooth powder and face washing etc . After he comeback his mother gave coffee colour hot water and fried bread ( called as VARKI in tamil)to him . After drinking the coffee, Siddhaih told I going the computer office.

Siddaiah who has completed up to class VIII could study further due to family circumstances and he started working as sweeper cum all purpose boy in computer centre. His duty is to clean the rooms,computers and doing errant work like bringing tea etc . While bringing tea etc more or less every day he can get some bite which it will quench his hunger which is suitable for his mother that his son getting enough food in the centre. Sometimes she will lament that she could not able to give good education.

Siddaiah went to the computer study centre. The manager already opened the office. He went inside and started cleaning floors bring water etc has done As usual he finished the computer desk cleaning on the previous night they were waiting for the customers/students to come. One by one they came. somebody using computers. The tutors came and they started teaching the students. Siddhaiah sat in the one corner and listening..Meantime some errant works will come Some of will ask for tea/coffee ,breakfast for Manager,tutor,and for users and students on requirement etc he will do with smiling face. this has made darling to all .

Sometimes they will ask about him and they will suggest for correspondence course for School final. and somebody brought books for him to study. In the meantime Siddaiah by his nature of work has learnt to open and close the computer system which was became necessary for the custommer 's use and it was insisted by the computer users . By regularly using Siddaiah learnt well in this operation of openning and closing the computres.

That is a Town. It had a temple. One day good souls met and they were discussing so many things which affect the mankind and they were lamented how the moral value of humanity has been degraded, the corruption , etc etc. They thought that a Homam has to be performed for the betterment of country . They were also discussing about Siddha Purushas who are roaming with out selfish and doing work for betterment and leading and guiding people who are in distress. They decided and started prayer immediately and the homam date also decided.

On a particular day with the help of local people homam was conducted for the betterment of human kind. The performers were happy for smooth completion of function. In this country all politician are of notion that the other peoples generally are fools and boneless people and when money shown to them they will be come around them with their tongues falling.And once they came to power the money spent will be earned 4 times of spent.

It was on that basis by virtue of money they conduct mass following ,so much decorations, false naming of their leaders,giving unlimited titles etc. They will organise meetings so as brainwash people in regular intervals and to conduct meeting they will go to shops etc to collect the fixed money as decided by local leader, the shopkeeper knows refusal means disaster,hands over the money in turn he will increase the goods price from the same minute so as to recover from the public in 3-4 times.The local leader will pocket 25% of money collected and thro Channel when it reaches the main leader it will be 20-30% of collected.

Like that in that town one meeting was organised. The money was collected. The date was finalised for the meeting. The leader called local leaders and hand over the money to them and informed that have bring so many people to the meeting to make as big show.

The local leaders came back with the money and kept in their safe. On a particular day they called their branch heads to handover money so as to bring people. When they opened their money bags and lift it ,it was just like ashes as if all the money was burnt in the fire, but there was no damage to nearby things,only money was burnt. This was the case for all the local leaders

The matter was reluctantly conveyed to leader by the local leaders and informed him with no money in hand it will be difficult to conduct meeting. The paper announcement came that due some emergency the meeting was cancelled. the local leader went and explained to their leader in detail.Although he was not convinced he has got no other way because all the local leaders are telling same thing.Siddaiah as usual was doing his work in the computer centre and in the spare time he started started studying for School final. One day it was a heavy work day The centre which use to close by 9 PM ,even after 10 Pm it was busy and it may take another 30mts to one hour more to finish its work and after wards Siddaiah work will take another one hour. The manager has asked Siddaiah to take food from Near by hotel and requested him to finish the job and sleep there itself in the office . He has got full faith on him .Siddaiah agreed and thro somebody he conveyed the message to house and it took around midnight for Siddaiah to complete the work and with tiredness he slept in the office.In the middle of night , Siddaiah still sleeping woke up and with eyes closing he opened one computer and started doing some work with such enormous speed which any human being operate for near about an hour and closed the computer and gone to his place sleeping and lay down and continue to his sleep.

The Day

Next day morning Siddaiah wokeup and clean the office and took bath etc in the office bath room and when manager came ,he took an hour permission gone to home and came back.

Exactly at the starting of office hours in all State capital Income Tax office when the vigilant section opened their computer there was a clear office order to proceed for income raid for houses of individual . Still it was strange that house no, location of black money and benami papers transaction and receipt for exact amount to hand over the person after the raid.

It was noticed by the staff already vehicle to take them to places were in ready position. Hence they started immediately. Word spread inside the office .As usual the black moneyed people used to get information from the office when the raid party proceeds. The black sheep's collected the names . They started phoning the concerned party to give information ,the phone nos found engaged,even though they were trying continuously.

In the mean time the raid party went one house after another with authority letters and with armed reserve police protection, they complete the formality of capturing money with in 10mts and they are spending only 10Mts for each house and within matter 2hrs their work was completed. This was the case for all the state capital and they deposited the entire captured money in the Reserve bank.

After half an hour the black sheeps begin to get phone numbers they rank one by one. When they told the persons regarding raid they resorted saying whether you are sleeping ,the raid party has just now left after capturing money and documents etc and we have been given 5 days for the geneunitity of money as well as documents otherwise entire money will be deposited in govt account. The black sheeps told them they trying their numbers for past one hour but we received engage tones.

At the end of the day the entire collection of black money in the entire state capitals was more than 50000 crores,and un specified value of immovable properties.The money belongs from highest ranked politicians to industrialists etc. The politicians were indirectly affected by raids of their benamies.They rang the central finance minister .There they got the message even they also affected and they also came to know of the raid after it has completed and they have been forced to keep silent.

The Day after

The next day woke up. The govt is in a fix. The unexpected flow of huge money has made govt department has reschedule the plans. In the higher level meetings there was a opinion that this was not the end but beginning.They decided to wait. At present they kept the money in Misc a/c.

The land and building cost which has been skyrocketed during previous month has started falling just like rocket. Many high level plots have been returned to builders,there was no buyers only sellers.Vehicles movement reduced to half. The parties are being cancelled.One kind of fear complex arisen. the inflated prices are started falling.

The leaders whose money has been snatched are trying other ways to run their business are think of getting money from their foreign banks,for that they have to make journey to that country.At least it will take sometime because at at time so many politician going to same place will raise hue and cry.

In the meantime one fine morning in all newspapers a bold ad has appeared The source is not known .Even Newspapers dept came to know only on print .

The beautiful footpaths, good drainage, Open nallahs closing ,Providing tree plantation Good Roads .Many felt that this is act of god and by seeing,hearing 90% of people have either paid or engaged this kind of work . The money collection in the bank has got tremendous effect on govt earnings and the development work has made the govt speechless.At the end of 30 days The remaining 10 % people has got the shock that their entire black money was found vanished from their hiding places and was deposited in govt banks in bundles.

The entire public was were either happy or dump founded. the law breakers were very panic and they lively hood were at stake.

Siddaiah as usual concentrating on his work and his studies. he is unaware about anything as because he under deep sleep. The persons who coming to computer centre helping him in his studies which made Siddaiah to study with much enthusiasam and he was proceeding well and becoming confident.

On the day of final exams he wrote well all the papers . Then as usual he conscentrating his work. With the permission of Manager he began learn finer points of Computer study.

One day suddenly heavy work has come to computer centre and at the request of Manager he assisted manager to complete the work and as it has became past midnight Siddaiah stayed back and the centre and with overbearing tiredness he slept like wood inside the centre.

During the sleep he and open the computer and furiously operated computer at a speed which impossible for human being . after an hour siddaiah in the sleeping stage itself went and continue the sleep in the bed.

One More RED day

Next day when RBI opened at office hours the officers were astonished and panicked to find out a enoromous amount which is beyond their imagination was credited to Govt of India's Misc fund. They rushed to finance min and emergency meeting of highest level ministers and officers called within a matter of 2 hours and all Chief Ministers were also called and the meeting was held

The revolution

The high level committee meeting has a tough situation which in their hand and they are at sea to come at solution of plenty of money. they have called the intelligent secretaries in the discussion. In the last they list out works ie Desilting of water, solar energy. forestation of barren land, pay back the loan, moderenisation of defence forces, transport, communication including the roads ,and fixing the responsiblity to complete the ongoing projects etc.The emergency orders were being issued to carry the works on war footing as money was not a issue now and responsiblity has been fixed and standing orders were issued that for the decision that is required to be taken must be taken at the site itself,no pending etc .

The politician and others who had dumped their money in secret sources soon find out that their money has evoporated and in a day they also become ordinary man without any muscle power and they drove their goonadas out. The goondas become pennyless not because of their fault. The highest authorities had received the invisible message that all the goondas should be appointed inthe secrurity position as they were having good physique and with good training they will become good custodition of country as well as establishment. Necessary orders and recruitment were done so that nobody suffered. The Change

Oneday during this period a person went one office in connection with some work and met the highest officer and enquired of his work permit or something and offered money which was a usual practice . The officer told him to go to particular person dealing with the work and he politely told him to keep the with him and it is not required. The person thought his work will not be done and reluctantly went to the dealing person and enquired. the person was offered seat and it has been already completed and if he wait for one hour neceessary orders will be given to him. Here also he offered money but it was politely refused and he told to the person to utilise money for some goodcause.

The artificial price increase has been removed and the people are getting the things at 20% of what they paid earliar. The school fees are very very nominal, and many children now able to get good education at aaffordable cost . The barren land become fertile because of getting plenty of water available due desalination process. Because of greenary the rain were intime so agriculture prospered.

Because of lack of money and fear of invisible force the bad element were ran away from politics and very good people with good intention were cam e for ruling and country became very stronger the enemies were afraid and and borders are strengthened . Now the country helping the poor people and persons in need without any prejudise and caste .

Conclusion

Siddaiah after completing his final exam he was requested by the manager computer centre to be his assistant,as because being aged he could control the centre effectively. On joining the centre, Siddaiah proposed some addition such as computer repairing , photostat machines etc . The centre grown up adopted things in relevence of world requirement and began modernising and it became one of the good centre. As in due course Siddaiah also became partner of the centre and he going up up up and up

Recently I had been to Delhi from Malaysia for a short trip. It was just like home coming . I had been in delhi for about 28 years along with family . During the course of intraction a intresting happening was came to light. Now a days parents are upkeeping their wards and insisting they should came topper. A family of parents with one child whowere living nearby area of mine. oneday I happen to visit their home. the child was studying in class I . They were teaching her something lesson.On quary it was revealed that the child which scored 99% of marks and the mother was lamenting that she missed onemark that why they drilling the child for getting 100%.What I told " Very good" and I left their house.
In another case by hearsay The mother was very much enforcing military discipline on their daughters from food intakes to all. The result the children learnt the art of cheating the mother . Which I told has happened in real.

New Experience

In the past one month I had dif ferent experience and revelations which has excited me and I want to share First I had a thrill of sea boating ie banana boat ,only handle support, secondly the trip to Chennai which had many surprises and thirdly a get to gather outing by 20 families in Kualalumpur.

The Boat . We had a family outing to Dickinson Beach which is located around 80 Km from Kualalumpur. This is western Ghat hence the waves are minimum .The outing was thrill.(http://www.kambam.blog.com/) .
This time I had been short trip to Chennai . The trip Started with mild manner. as usual the the Air India Express reached in time as per their timings one hour late. It has been nullified their's very hot meals . I reached Chennai at 12.00 Hrs instead of 10.30 AM.
This time in Chennai I had pleasent surprise.

Sri Narendran.s Son Sri SaiPrasad who I thought is only school oriented student has surprised me that he is one of the critic and he won some laurel from film industry. Hats off. Some of relatives are doing wonderful service to the humanity. One relative is helping the some coolege students in tadhri Sai Praseir fees ,books etc .He spending in lakhes. One another also helping students in big way.

In the height of it , being the professional in lawer in his spare time started one school for very poor people's children like richshaw puller, vegetable vendors etc in his town/village for free education upto school level. He imported good teachers and his wife also involved in teaching. The students comeup brightly in state level. for honouring the child he organised function .Even politician wanted to preside the function so as gain popularity, for that the politician was gently told that this is school function and the student's father was asked to distribute the honour. the good things are going on.

There are much unselfish people are ready to contribute to the soceity. We salute them .In the world there are people in all age group requires help. we have to identify them and it is strange to find one instant. One badly need person was identified ,when help was offered to him ,he started putting condition that the employment must be given nearby place only and etc etc. The donar was dumpfounded,he regretted for the offer he made to that person.

Anasuya was sitting in the balcony and she was pondering her thinkings . Suddenly saranya her 5 year old grand daughter came and she stirred her and asked " grandma, what are you thinking? for that Anasuya replied " The golden days " for that saranya told " Oh " and she fled away to play in her games. Anasuya immersed herself in her thoughts

1. Preamble
Anasuya 's mother is only daughter of her father and she had one brother who married and was living alone after his marriage leaving his parents.Anasuya's mother was also had love marriageagainst her father's wishes and earned his anger. in that anger he left nothing for her in his will although she after her husband's sudden death came back and served in his oldage very sincerely. the reason was her father was paralytic and in his death bed he want to change the willwhich either Anasuya's mother or Anasuya could not understand. Anasuya's grand father was a great landlord having farms and he was running school. In last years of Grandfather Anasuya who was graduate was running the school administration and during this period she can able learn computers and increased her knowledge thro' books and application on her c0mputers suddenly oneday her Granfather breathed his last,and as per his will the Uncle ie Anasuya's mother's brother had all the properties leaving nothing for Anasuya's mother. Suddenly they were on roads. In the heydays when her granfather alive , Anasuya met Ajit ,a upcoming cinema producer when he came to her village in connection with filmshooting . Ajit 's father a good industrialist wants his son to be in his business and due to this difference of opinion made Ajit to left his house in persue of his liking.Ajit has got one dream to make verygood film on his own, but producers reluctant on hearing his story and he was searching .

Anasuya and her mother on being driven out of their village went to Chennai for living. Anasuya was searching jobs , to meet the daily expenditure they sold their ornaments and living in the rented house. Anasuya who has got computer knowledge but without certificates has not been recognised by the employer. Atlast in one company after pleading she was appointed as reception clerk with additional duties of serving snakes etc .This she accepted although she was a graduate. family condition as well as her mother also goes for cooking purposes.oneday she helped one ,who was struggling to solve a important work in the computer which is very important to company. While she was solving the problem in the computer the head who by chance in next cabin saw all her talents and her worthiness and she was made computer operator grade. this has solved their sufferings
Ajit in the meanwhile got a break and produced his dreamfilm succeessfully and his talents also recognised He offered his hand to Anasuya and with the blessings of both parents marriage was performed.

Marriage Life

Anasuya's husband is a big Bunglow, Her inlaws and Ajit being the only son ,In that house only 4 people are living. As ajit involved fully on film industry most of the only 3 people were living in that big bunglow. Anasuya work to look after home and supervise the works of house assistants.

she taken and gave much attention to her in laws. The in laws were very affectionate as they were not having the daughter and they treated Anasuya as their daughter and they gave full freedom to her. As by nature Anasuya is affectionate the affection on her by her inlaws increased.

Now mother in law started complainning that she is becoming lazy lady.With her mother in law Anasuya spending her time in going to market, temples and other activities.

5 years passed. Anasuya blessed with 2sons. Now the inlaws became busy. In the mean time with the help of Mother in law Anasuya got acquitaintance of Company's executive level family and one ladies club was started functioning. The ladies club not for beauty club , but decided to help the company staffs and workers

Ladies Club

The ladies club ,when this thinking was mooted most of the feeling it is for eating and fashion parades etc as it was started by a industrialist family. Anasuya never bothered. Her father in law was of the feeling "OK she is getting boring in the house let her have some outting". The ladies club started functionning. In the meeting Anasuya outlined club activities. Many had reservations and opinioned these are paper working. First thing a creche was proposed for company staffs. For this with the help of domestic servants, Anasuya found out the children upto age 5 was listed, and with their family background. Near about 2o children were listed. She found out on the basis of enqiry 2-3 ladies were capable and persued for creche duty. She called them and as result of the meetings they agreed perform the creche duty with proper enumeration. Now she had a meeting with the parents of the children for enrollment to creche.her father in law agreed to bear the expenditure of creche from company expences.

The creche has started. In the beginning Anasuya spent fewhours inthe creche and indulge the children in play as well a s some fun teaching .In due course volunters started coming for teaching as well as for cleaning ,doing misc.works. Company doc does periodical checking.The cleaniness of self and surroundings were insisted and the benefit of these were taught to the children. Sometimes the ladies club members visited the workers dwellings to find out the nature of place. It foundout the lack of toilets and drainage system. Anasuya with her fund constructed sufficient toilets ,bathrooms and proper drainage . The money was not a problem as Ajit is also earning money thro' his films and the profit from is swelling.

The result was when their wards were taken care the workers got inspiration and gratitude which result extra production and profit swelling

In the house although the the domestic helps were sincere they were directionless and hence it was just routine for them. Anasuya with her directions made house keeping lovely and in laws happiness,their affection to Anasuya has increased.

Anasuya had in consultation of her father in law made arrangement with nearby school for education of company staffs and worker's children and company ready to bear the cost of education and uniforms. A school bus was arranged. Oneday she suggested to her father in law that to arrange one get to gether of executives of company along with their family. He had some reservations but agreed finally. One evening all executives of the company along with their family were invited for a get togethar dinner. In the dinner only talks other than company was done.Likewise she persuaded her father in law to conduct one more gettogether for the staffs as well as workers.This had the effect that the company production raises beyond expectation. I the mean time , in consultation with father in law,who accepted her feeling being the only child of her mother and she was alone in her old age, Anasuya conferred her mother who reluctantly her proposal . Anasuya opened one hotel and it was located with in the town limit somewhat away from in law's house,so that it will be easy for both of them to communicate. Being the very good cook Anasuya's mother guided in preparation of foods. The hotel which started modestly pickedup and became very good one.

Transfer

on one night Anasuya after dinner completed ,finishing the that day work lying on her bed studying something before sleep.The time was about 11PM and she noticed the light was still on at father in law's room which is very unnatural. She got up and went to his room. He was in the computer and his face look worried. On enquiry he informed there is some problem which he could not find solution. Anasuya asked him to hand over the computer and told him to go and take rest.On anasuya's word He with hesitation handed over the computer,as he had no alternative and he was struggling for the solution of the problem for since morning,and mentally also tired required rest.

Anasuya studied the problem from the begginning and she followed what her father in law done. She understood what was required and pondered over the subject and studied the files throughly her f'in'law had brought along this work. After struggling about 3-4 hours she found out the solution and completed the computer work and gone to sleep.

The next day her father in law woke up and with disturbed mind opened the computer to proceed further. To his astonishment he found a solution already been arrived and the results were more than he expected. He felt heaven,till date he was at sea about the future of company as his son has got no intrest in business. Now he found one more solution solved

Hello Boss

After breakfast He asked Anasuya to get ready to go with him to company. After reaching the company, he called all the executives and important staffs for a meeting and announced Anasuya will take over from him from that day onwards. Anasuya not expected ,she told the burden just like putting a big stone on a sparrow,and requested her father in law to think over. He told that his took decision considering all aspects,so it it is final. She requested her fathe in law to guideherfor some more days and he agreed.

Part II

Saranya in the beginning with the guidance of her fathe in law learned the finer points of the business and the history of company and the profiles of executives and some important staffs. The executives in the beginning had some reservations of her. One day in the first fortnight of her new assignment she called all the executives and had a frank discussion about the company ,its advantageous and short comings in the field and their suggestions to improve. Then

with the consultations of her father in law distributed the work burden and with the consultations with the heads of the heads set the target.

She consulted the finance head for the financial aspect . Consulting the relevant companies, she provided solar energy for continuous eletricity supply for production . In the same order she provided solar energy for worker's colony as well staff colony. thus although the initial cost was more in the coming months she can able to save substancial amount in electricitybills

.She made entire company complex air conditioned because cheap electricity available by solar energy.

The hotel

Ajit in the meantime after his 3 or 4 successful movies wexed inpresent trend and found out he is not suitable at this time and as he was satisfied with his films ,he wanted to be with his family. Anasuya felt this has god sent . She requested Ajit to help her mother in her hotel industry as she had an idea to expand in agreater way. In consultation and the assessing the possiblity ,they had come to the conclusion to open a fast food outlet at Singapore and branch at Chennai. First at Chennai then afterwards Singapore.

The time difference from Chennai -- Singapore is 2hrs 30 mts. The flight to Singapore starts at 12.30 AM and reaches 6.30 AM ( Singapore time) at singapore. By special arrangement with the Airport and Concerned Airlines authority The tiffin items were prepared at chennai at middle of night and transported to Singapore by flight and it will be delivered in priority basis at singapore so as to enable to supply to custommers. The packing will be in such a manner to keep the food articles fresh. The labour charges and material cost are much cheaper at it ran with high profit

In the company also Anasuya made so many modernisation in the factory and workers were trained to tackle the machines. as from the factory the labours also well rewarded

. She constructed houses for all the people connected with company with the rain harvesting fecility and solar energy. Park with walking fecility for walkers provided.Good roads are constructed and for moving around the colony a electronic vehicle was provided for age old peoples. A good market for all vegetables ,non veg , croceries shop was constructed with a/c fecility. outsiders also allowed to purchase inthat market as the materials were procured from manufactures the prices are much cheaper. and agricultural producers are persuaded to sell their goods directly and place had been allotted for them.

Adoption

Anasuya with her effort with the government succeeded in getting the village surrounding the company for lease of 300 years . the village had a area of 600 sq.km ,it had one school run by local govt. The village had a population of about 2000 people and main is agricultural. It had one small hospital ,temple . The annual grant for the village 3 lakhs . with this amount it has to make payment to staffs and other misc works .Every day one bus is scheduled but its appearence rare .When emergency people has to depend on other mode of vehicle. The Company is located some 5 KM from the village. Some people are employee of the company.

The Change

The first thing in the village is to improve roads. With the help of modern machinaries the entire roads have been widened and resurfaced within a week.( in developed countries this is fact) . On the both sides of roads trees have been planted. Next with the help of experts the Solar energy have been discussed.They want some modification and improvement of houses.First the old

houses were demolished and new houses were constructed in auniform way. The outer was all houses were repainted. Where ever possible at present the solar energy system were installed not separately but to group of a houses.

Anasuya had a good idea which she felt can be implemented. In Isreal country the solve water problem Sea water has been purified and used for agriculture as well misc purposes.So she reguested the concerned auyhorities to come for discussion and their way of implementation.

The school

The Govt school located in the village had a very big ground and the building was constructed in the middle of ground. first after constructing temp sheds for the school ,the old building was demolished.New buildings near end of compound was constructed . The new building was designed in such a way it can accommadate classes upto School final level. It had a storyed building so that min ground place is occupied. This with lift fecility and A/C provision and with labs.and auditorium .The front ground portion developed for play area,for the present.School started functioning in new building.

Water supply

Anasuya after consulting experts she felt the scheme water desalinisation possible. She initiated process to get necessary permission and she obtained the same. The level difference from sea level to that place was 400feet and the distance is about 250KM. . The Isreli and as well as Indian engineers were assigned task of bringing ae salinated sea water to this place ,Nearabout 2 pumping station was constructed. To store the water at the village 500m X 1ooom X 10m artificial tank was constructed at the outskirt of the village. In the beginning the taxes were collected as per old system and this work assigned to existing Panchayat board. One big bank was ready to give money for this project on long term loan basis with min intrest.and 50% of company profit amount was earmarked for this.Desalination work was done near sea bed and the quality was tested by govt appointed experts at every point,at perioically.from the water storage point separate pipeline was provided to each house and intimated them that use for this water what to do and what not.The desalinated water storage capacity is much more and nearby villagers and industrial establishment wants it has been supplied by levying the exact cost incurred. In that way neighbouring areas also started emulating this village and in that way the cost of desalination project was gaining popularity and project people recovering cost slowly. In the village level cleaniness is strictly adopted and suffient dust bin were provided and it was cleaned periodically and it has been either burnt ,recycled immediately. As the village became popular the buses started coming and a modern busstand was constructed.As water availablity are more more trees were planted , and the all the cultivators were persuaded to unite and common plouging and cultivation were mooted. At a time cash crops, grains ,flowers etc were planted in cooperative way and the result money received from the crops increased many fold and they can started saving for the future etc

The School

In the beginning the school going children were very minimum, gradually the the village people persuaded to sent their children,as the transport fecility is increased the neighbouring area peope children started attending the school. Anasuya made some alteration in the education teaching method. Each class room fitted with large screen. It has been electronically connected both way to teacher's room. Each student desk is fitted with mike. Classes of same standard is clubbed together in a room .Now teacher from her room starts her lesson and students were looking in the screen and noting, when doubt comes the student from the mike ask for clarification and teacher will clarify. in the last 15mts the teacher will ask the students individually so as to ensure their understanding .Visuals also improving the knowledge of students. The result was very good. physical exercise,games are also compulsory and students were given one period for doing homework. The students were helped in case of difficulty by the teachers.The school gets famous .It has started by passing famous schools and became UNO. Now the process of admission also simplified. The students and parents were asked to sit in a room who want admission .They have to fill the form in a computer,the computer form is in such way that it will focus on the student's capacity. The fee had been fixed as 10% of the annual salary of the family and parents has to give correct figure ,if it was fabricated the application of student will be rejected . While during the forms necessary instruction and warnings will be given. after filling the forms they were as ked wait for 15-20 mts. in that time the school authorities verified the contents of application with the last school if any, employers of the parents etc . If student below average he will be offered one class lower, otherwise he will be selected and he will be asked to attend classes. During waiting period the peoples c0ffee,tea,cooldrinks etc can have depending upon their choice that are available freely kept on the machine.

In the school also the students,teachers use machines were provided for free hot/cold drinks and there is no restriction. In due course the schoo developed to high school final level and the students came out with flying colours and where ever they applied they are the toppers. After finishing of their studies they were well employed and in gratitude they were contributing to school by way donation and money availble to school became surplus. Nearby school when they ask for some assistance this school gives by way of material like computers, lab materials etc . Nearby school also started benefitting and quality education started importing on students.

The village temple also renovated and regular pujas performed and feeding of food to devottees who are coming is also available.

Now Anasuya formed one executive body to run the company. the executive has got 3 years term Every y ear 1/3 members will be selected with in the company staffs and worker and it was assured proper reprentation from each catagory of staffs. The chairman will from her family,the decision of committee will be implemented with the consultation of chairman who will be assisted by experts.

Anasuya 's one son was made chairman, another son as he was intrested gone hotel industry. Anasuya and Ajit retired and now looking after their grand children
